Interior Design
Design is an opportunity to create, problem solve, and improve a person's experience when interacting with space. For me it is also an adventure. I enjoy taking risks in an attempt to show different ideas that can provide for a client's needs and create a distinct atmosphere with a compelling story.

ABOUT ME
In 2017 I decided to pursue a new career path. After spending six years as a client manager at software companies in Culver City, CA, and Portland, OR, it was time to find a profession that connected with my skills and interests. With a B.A. in Philosophy and a life-long love for art I set out on a path toward Interior Design.

Critical thinking and art bring design to life. Effective, thoughtful, and lasting design comes from both aesthetic consideration to create something artistically stimulating and the motivation to solve problems with seamless solutions.
For me, every space connects to an emotion. The aesthetics of a space play a significant part in making one feel safe, calm, happy, or energized. Interior designers must understand these emotional reactions and influences in order complete a space that people can truly connect with.

I carry inside of me these skills as well as a love for early modern design and art, French culture, classic cinema, and vintage fashion. Now with my A.A.S. in Interior Design I am excited to enter this new profession, to create, and have a positive impact in my community.
